If you're here, it means you're the leader people turn to when everything's falling apart. And your body is starting to tell you the cost. That's not weakness. That's data.
For the leader who can't fall apart.
You're carrying people through the hardest moments of their lives. And it's starting to cost you.
The framework that lets you sit with someone's worst day without absorbing it, hold the hardest conversations without burning out, and stay in the work you were called to without losing yourself in it.

If any of this sounds familiar...
You've led the room. You've held the crisis. You've held it together.
But lately, your body is borrowing tomorrow's reserves to get through today.
You're doing twice the work for half the meaning. You're wondering if you've lost something you can't name.
You haven't. You're just carrying something you haven't put down yet.
Not your team. Not your board. Not your spouse.
They see the role. Only you feel the cost.
Have you found yourself thinking...
Seven things leaders almost never say out loud.
"I can't tell anymore if I'm leading from strength or just running on adrenaline."
"I'm holding this together for people who don't see what it costs me."
"I'm performing the role I used to inhabit. Something's gone."
"I'm the only one who sees what's actually broken. And I can't say it out loud."
"The avoidance in my organization is creating problems."
"No one prepared me for the emotional cost of leading. I assumed I'd figure it out."
"I don't have the option to fall apart. Not in this role."
When you took this role, did you think you'd be sitting in your car 5 minutes before going inside?
Heal from the root. Not just the symptoms.
Your body isn't the problem. It's been trying to keep you safe.
Before you read another word — let me show you the very first thing I teach. Right now, in five slow breaths, I can help your body settle. Follow the circle with me.
In through the nose as it grows — invite peace in. Out through the mouth as it falls — release what you're carrying.
Picture this for a moment:
It's Monday morning.
You walk into the room with the leader who's been driving you crazy for 3 months. And you can tell in 90 seconds whether what they need is a pause or a stabilization.
Your body's not bracing. Your nervous system isn't borrowing tomorrow's reserves to get through today.
You sit with their grief without absorbing it. You name the trauma without prosecuting it. You leave the conversation more whole than you walked in.
You feel like "this is the leader I always knew I could be. I just didn't have the framework."
A different path.
What if you could carry people through their worst days, and still have something left at the end of it?
Most leaders who carry crisis without breaking got there the long way. Years of therapy, sabbaticals, scattered courses, piecing it together while still holding everyone else up.
What if you could get there without the decade of trial and error? Walk into the hardest conversations and hold them. Sit with someone's worst day without taking it home. Stay in the work you were called to, without it taking everything you have.

The integration.
Leadership without trauma-work. Trauma-work without faith.
Leadership without trauma-work feels rigid.
Trauma-work without faith-frame can feel rootless.

A look inside.
Press play to see how Sharon teaches.
She's a licensed professional counselor with 28+ years of clinical practice. She built this course to combine that professional expertise with a deep commitment to faith-based healing.
Two things you should know.
Before you enroll.
"Trauma-Informed Ministry" sounds like it could be for trauma survivors specifically. It's not. It's clinical training for leaders who serve OTHER people in crisis, and need a framework that doesn't burn them out in the process.
The framework is clinical first. The faith-frame is invitation, not prerequisite. Sharon's program integrates both, so leaders of any faith register can use it without translation.
Questions you might be carrying.
Things leaders ask before enrolling.
Is this therapy?
No. This is discernment training. Sharon's clinical practice is separate. The course gives you the framework she uses with her 1:1 clients, without the 1:1 access. The 1:1 caseload is leader-only and full.
What if I'm not faith-based?
The body work stands on its own. Sharon's most-quoted pastor testimonial: "I realized I don't have to talk about Jesus to make myself safe." The framework is clinical first. The faith is invitation.
How is this different from Scazzero, Allender, or Carey Nieuwhof?
Sharon adds trauma-clinical-depth those frameworks don't have. Emotionally Healthy Leader gives you emotional health. The Allender Center gives you narrative work. AOLA gives you leadership skill. Trauma-Informed Ministry gives you what to do with what you've already absorbed.
Is it confidential?
The course platform is private. Cohort calls are participant-only. No public Slack. No exposed feedback. Sharon's clinical-business posture treats confidentiality as non-negotiable.
How much time per week?
The 4 Daily Tools are 5 minutes each. The framework is USE-Monday actionable. You don't have to study for weeks before you can apply it. Most leaders watch one module a week. The course is yours forever.
What if I'm pre-burnout, not post-?
Earlier intervention is when the framework helps most. Pre-burnout leaders metabolize what they've absorbed before it compounds. Post-burnout leaders use it to rebuild without restarting the cycle.
For the leader reading this.
Lead through it. Not around it.
